Oh Chicago, how I love thee. It's funny that I grew up 2.5 hours from this great city and never spent any time there...never. Shawn and I wanted to do a girl's weekend in 2010 and we agreed Chicago would be a great spot to do it. She could drive and I could catch a cheap & quick flight, and then we would spend a few days there exploring...and eating...and having wine...and shopping. Perfect. And, it was. I loved this trip - I loved the city and having uninterrupted time with my bestie - it's tough to ask for more!
